Princess Alexa is one of the main characters in the Barbie and the Diamond Castle movie released in 2008 and available on DVD.The two princeses are best friends and share everything, including their love of music and song. A small button on their hands starts the singing (though there is an off button that parents will appreciate). While Princess Alexa can sing on her own, the songs are part of a duet from the movie, so it is better to have Princess Liana as well.
